Training
Certification, built around real cases
A rater learns each scale the way they will use it: against real, de-identified cases, checked against an expert panel rather than a textbook answer.
- 1
Lessons
Short lessons cover the scale's domains, scoring rules, and the evidence each item rests on.
- 2
A practice case
One ungraded case first, so a rater can try the scoring workflow before anything counts.
- 3
Scored cases
A set of scored cases follows, each rated independently against the expert panel's own ratings.
- 4
Results and certificate
A rater's overall agreement with the panel has to reach 0.80 to pass and receive a certificate.
Training runs by invitation
A programme, health authority, or research team arranges training for its own raters. There is no open enrolment.
